Dr. Ho is Board Certified in Otolaryngology. He has served as chief of medical student education in the University of Michigan Department of Otolaryngology, served as past head of the section of Otolaryngology at St. Joseph Mercy Health System and has been an invited speaker at Mercy College and Mt. Carmel Mercy Hospital. Dr. Ho was named as a Top Doctor by the editors of Consumer’s Checkbook magazine and as a Top Doc by Hour Detroit magazine. Dr. Ho is a graduate of the University of Michigan and is currently president of the University of Michigan Otolaryngology Alumni Society. He is one of the leading physicians in southeast Michigan performing balloon sinuplasty to open blocked nasal cavities.

Dr. Hoff grew up in a medical family; his mother is a nurse and his father a surgeon. His passion for medicine developed through formative years following college working as both a research assistant and a graduate student in cardiovascular pharmacology at the University of Michigan. In 1989 he earned his Master’s degree and then immediately began medical school in his home town of Ann Arbor. After completing medical school at the University of Michigan in 1993, Dr. Hoff was accepted to the otolaryngology residency program at Michigan, where he finished his training in 1999. During residency he was awarded an American Academy of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery Resident Research Award. Upon graduation Dr. Hoff joined Michigan Otolaryngology Surgery Associates where he has been in practice since 1999 and Section Head of Otolaryngology at St. Joseph Health System since 2011. His interest in Sleep Apnea includes the Inspire Nerve Stimulator.  Dr. Hoff is one of four surgeons in the state preforming this procedure. Dr. Hoff has been named a “Top Doc” by Detroit Hour magazine in consecutive years 2009-2018. In 2015 Dr. Hoff joined the faculty at the University of Michigan as an Assistant Professor. He maintains practices at both St Joseph Mercy Health System in Ann Arbor and at the University of Michigan.

Dr. Joseph Seymour is a Board Certified surgeon who specializes in caring for all patients with diseases of the ear, nose and throat. He cares for patients of all ages from infants to the geriatric population. Doctor Seymour is a native of the Detroit Metro area who completed his undergraduate education at the University of Michigan and received his Medical Doctorate at Wayne State University. He completed residency at Wayne State University and was awarded The Excellence in Resident Teaching Award. He believes in a patient-centered approach to care and incorporates the latest evidence-based research into patient treatment plans. He values low complication rates and integrates the latest technology to provide the best outcomes, including nerve monitoring and stereotactic image guidance. He has a special interest in minimally invasive sinus procedures that can be done in the office such as balloon sinus dilation. He is an active member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology and sits on the Board of the Michigan Otolaryngologic Society.
